Domestic Shipping

We ship everything via USPS Priority Mail, so please allow 2-3 days for delivery of items. 

All orders placed before 2pm EST Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day of the order. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

We charge a flat $5 shipping fee for all orders under $50. All orders $50 and over get free shipping...yay!

We currently do not offer expedited shipping but are working to incorporate it into our site! Stay tuned!

In Store Pickup (NYC Only)

If you live in NYC and prefer to pick up your items in person, you can choose "In Store Pickup" when checking out and we will hold the items at our Store for you! Please see our Visit Us section for directions and address.

International Shipping

Purchase orders can now be shipped to all regions of Canada...yey! Sorry no swapping yet, but keep an eye out!

We'll keep adding more countries so keep an eye out!

Orders shipped outside the US can incur duties and taxes that are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

Domestic:
We want to make sure that you're 100% satisfied with your items because if you're not, we're not! Just return your items within 30 days of purchase for a store credit of the amount you paid for the item. Email us at info[at]closetdash.com with your order number and we'll email you back a prepaid shipping label to use to send your items back. Once we receive the shipment, it will take 24-48 hours to process and credit you back.

International:
We want to make sure that you're 100% satisfied with your items because if you're not, we're not! Just return your items within 30 days of purchase for a store credit of the amount you paid for the item. However, any shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.  Email us at info[at]closetdash.com for more info.

ClosetDash Credit

ClosetDash Credit expire 60 days after issuance. ClosetDash Credits can be used to purchase anything tagged with the word "ClosetDash Credit". 1 ClosetDash Credit = $1. So say you have 30 ClosetDash Credits, that is the equivalent of having $30 to shop ClosetDash!

Condition of Items

Everything at ClosetDash is preowned but all items are cleaned to the best of our ability and thoroughly checked for any damage before being posted up at ClosetDash. If you've received an item that is in unusable condition, please send an email to info[at]closetdash.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving the item and we'll email you a prepaid shipping label to return the item for a full store credit.

Brand Authenticity

We have a team of experts that check the quality, authenticity and suitability of each item before posting it up at ClosetDash. If you think you've received an item that is not authentic, send an email to info[at]closetdash.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving the item and we'll email you a prepaid shipping label to return the item for a full store credit.

Swapping Online (Domestic Only)

What do you look for?

We are only looking for women's clothes and bags at this time. Items must be clean and free from rips, stains and odors. Pieces that are in good/excellent condition and mid-tier designer names and above (think Banana Republic through Gucci) get the most credits.

How many ClosetDash Credits can I get?

That all depends on the brand, condition, style and need of your item. In general, we tier brands as follows, though these prices can vary depending on the condition, style and need of your item:

    • Forever21, H&M, Old Navy, etc: $1 to $5
    • Gap, Zara, J. Crew, Urban Outfitter etc: $2 to $10
    • Banana Republic, Club Monoco, Anthropologie, etc: $10 to $50
    • Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, A/X, etc:  $10 to $50
    • Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Saks Fifth Ave, etc: $50 and above

Who handles shipping?

We will! When checking out just choose the shipping option "Sending in Swap Items." Once you checkout, we'll mail you your own Swap Kit which includes a prepaid mailer you can send you clothes back to us in!

I just sent my items. What happens next?

Once we receive the items (you will receive an email notification from UPS), we will evaluate the items and issue you ClosetDash Credit within 24 hours. You have 60 days from the day of issuance to use it on ClosetDash. After 60 days, your ClosetDash Credit will expire.

What can I use the ClosetDash Credits for?

Anything that is tagged as "ClosetDash Credits" or does not state "Not for swap". You will have 60 days to use the credits at ClosetDash at which point they will expire. 

What if I don't agree with the amount of Credits I got?

We understand sometimes there will be disagreements on the credits given. If that is the case, email us at info[at]closetdash.com and we can definitely send your items back to you. We require you to pay for the return shipping which will be $5.

What if I don't have enough Credits to get the items I want?

No worries! Just pay the difference in cash at checkout. So for example if you have $50 in credit but that amazing blazer is $100, you would just need to pay $50 out of pocket (payments accepted via PayPal).
